Mediation offers the parties the ability to take control of their own lives and make their own decisions about their future. Instead of attacking each other in court and engaging in a vicious war-like campaign, the parties can work through mediation to productively resolve their differences and reach a fair agreement that enables them both to get on with their lives.

Mediation is less expensive financially and emotionally than litigation. It also is less damaging to your children and generally results in less alienation between parents and their children.
